Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons neutral oil
- 2 onions diced
- 3 tablespoons garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2.2 lbs (1kg) ground beef
- 4 tablespoons Fadwa Masala Keema Masala
- 2 tsp Fadwa Masala Pakistani Pink Salt
- 1.5 tsp Fadwa Masala Red Chili Powder
- 4 medium tomatoes diced
- 2-3 potatoes cubed
- 3-5 Thai green chilies diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 cup frozen green peas
Instructions
- Heat neutral oil in a wide skillet or wok on medium-high heat
- Add onions and sauté until very golden brown
- Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Add ground beef and sauté and break up with spoon until its in small pieces and no longer pink and is browned
- Add Fadwa Masala Keema Masala, Pakistani Pink Salt, and Red Chili Powder. Sauté for 2 - 3 minutes
- Add tomatoes and potatoes, mix very well with meat, and "bury" potatoes under the meat so that they cook evenly. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 min until potatoes are tender
- Add green chilies, cilantro, and frozen green peas. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes
- Serve with naan or basmati rice
